If you're looking for amazing food paired with outstanding service, Petrella's Italian Cafe is the place to be! My recent visit was nothing short of spectacular, thanks to Melody, our server, who went above and beyond to deliver the best customer experience ever. We came in with a large group to celebrate a birthday, and Melody made sure every detail was perfect. She was so accommodating, ensuring everyone felt welcome and cared for. The highlight of the night? Melody leading a spirited rendition of "Happy Birthday" that brought joy and energy to our celebration--it truly felt like she was celebrating with us! Her attention to detail, warm personality, and genuine care for her guests turned an already great night into an unforgettable one. Melody's over-the-top service, combined with the delicious food, makes this an easy 5-star experience. If you visit Petrella's, ask for Melody--you won't regret it!

Petrella's was great, I have not personally ate inside but I've ordered out 3 times so far and have not had an issue. The employees are very kind, food was great and the portions are huge! I would recommend the spaghetti and meatballs if you do decide to give the restaurant a try.

Petrella's is so amazing ! Wish the building was bigger because I think they have outgrown their space . But that just shows you how amazing they are because they are always Booming I always like to go here when I am looking to get a good spaghetti or lasagna and you can't go wrong with Lasagna Wednesday's . I also enjoy their house salad or Greek salad and their broccoli soup is DELICIOUS ! Oh and don't forget their appetizer: Fried Mushrooms are delicious We always receive good service from anyone in the establishment.

Picked up dinner this past weekend for my husband and I. We ordered the combo plate with chicken Parmesan, Italian sausage and spaghetti with meat sauce along with the chicken fettuccini Alfredo. With our meals, we got a minestrone soup and salad with ranch dressing. All of the food was super hot and fresh, the flavor was great. I feel like the portions have gotten slightly smaller but maybe it was an off day.

Amazing food, quick & friendly staff . The best Italian food I've had in Pensacola. Large portions enough for two to share & be full. Worth every dollar spent, inside dining or to go options either way the food is great!

Great food. Great service. Great ambiance. Lunch portions shown also include a side salad with options for a small up charge. My only suggestion is to plan your trip (s) as they do not accept reservations and space is limited but service is prompt. 2 personal thumbs ups... you can also order their daily specials To-go if time is not on you side and...they serve Coke products. Winner! Winner! Italian dinner!

We've visited Petrella's a few times over the years. The only reason we haven't been regulars is how busy they often are in the evenings. With only about 8 booths and 6 tables, the wait time (at least for us) was maybe 15 minutes (not bad), but sometimes I see a lot of people outside waiting. When we left, the wait time was probably 25 minutes. The interior isn't really anything to write home about. Some aspects could use some updating and/or repair (seat upolstery, ceiling tiles, carpet). Servers are helpful. The food had both positives and negatives. The salad was basic and the garlic bread was lackluster. But the entrees were large and tasty. Prices were so-so, but given the amount of food, it was likely just right. Overall, I enjoyed what I was there for: the food and would return.

When a restaurant has been in the same location for over twenty years, it probably means that it deserves to be around for another twenty. We were craving what we know to be "Italian food" and we were not disappointed. You know that you re in a family owned restaurant when the glass of Chianti is more than generously poured. The soup of the day was a creamy potato bacon that was hearty and delicious. I went for the weekly lasagna special that proved to be worthy of the kitchen. My wife went for the traditional spaghetti with meat sauce and we both ended up taking leftovers for our following night dinner. If you find yourself in Pensacola, don't even think twice: Petrella's!

My husband and I went to Petrella's for their all you can eat Spaghetti & Meatballs Monday Night Special for only $8.99 per person. It includes a delicious salad, the yummiest buttery garlic bread, and spaghetti with meat sauce and super tasty meatballs! The salad was terrific... and the dressings seemed homemade and fresh... I had the blue cheese (awesome), and my husband had the thousand island (awesome too)... lots of veggies and the best croutons... truly a meal in itself!!! The all you can eat is truly all you can eat... but the portions are so generous, i challenge you to get seconds... although we did get seconds on the meatballs (yep... they allow that)!!! Our server Ally was like the energizer bunny! She was taking excellent care of so many tables masterfully! She was so friendly and made everyone feel like they were her only guests! We live close by, and have been here multiple times... and each time it's really great! It's no wonder this place almost always has a full house and has been a staple around here for decades! Give this place a try sometime (you won't regret it), and support local small business! Promise I'll get more pics next time!
